🚚 1. Shipping Policy

The shipping policy is designed to meet the high speed-to-market expectations in the Middle East.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once processed, the shipping status is updated.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Local Warehousing (GCC): 2 – 5 Business Days.

    • Global Warehousing: 7 – 15 Business Days.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and the customer's specific zone (e.g., Central Riyadh vs. Remote areas).

  • Tracking: Real-time tracking is mandatory. Once the parcel is handed to carriers (like SMSA, Aramex, or SPL), a tracking ID is automatically generated.

  • Failed Deliveries (RTO): If a customer is unreachable after 3 attempts, the parcel is marked as Return to Origin (RTO). Sellers are usually charged for the shipping cost of failed deliveries.
