• Valid Reasons for Return:

  • Incorrect Item: If the item received does not match the description or photos.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items like innerwear, cosmetics (opened), and personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

• Refund Processing: Once the warehouse inspects and approves the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Restocking Fees: Some  may charge a small fee if the return is due to a "change of mind" rather than a product fault.
